We invite you to an online training course on “Management agreements and the obligations of property managers in the light of construction law.”
The training is dedicated to property managers, developers, investors, and officials dealing with investments and public procurement.
The training will cover, among other things:
● key provisions of a property management agreement,
● the obligations of a manager under construction law,
● the obligations of a building owner or manager in the autumn and winter period,
● the building logbook and its electronic form in the c-KOB system.
The training will be conducted by an experienced expert, Ms. Alicja Sławińska, legal advisor and managing partner at ALICJA SŁAWIŃSKA AS LAW FIRM, who specializes in broadly understood real estate transactions, the investment and construction process, and corporate services. She will share practical and up-to-date interpretations of the regulations.
