The managing partner of the law firm is Alicja Sławińska, attorney-at-law registered with the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law under number WA – 14973. She is highly knowledgeable and extensive practice in real estate, property development and the investment and construction process.
Alicja completed postgraduate studies in the investment and construction process organized by the Warsaw School of Economics. Her postgraduate thesis, written under the supervision of Professor Edward Niewiadomski, focused on the area of object impact in construction law.

Alicja completed postgraduate studies in the investment and construction process organized by the Warsaw School of Economics. Her postgraduate thesis, written under the supervision of Professor Edward Niewiadomski, focused on the area of object impact in construction law.

She is a graduate of full-time studies in law and full-time studies in Polish philology (majoring in journalism) at the University of Gdańsk. She is a certified investment and construction process specialist as well as a GDPR expert.

Alicja’s fluency in English and good command of legal terminology are proved by certifications such as Higher TOLES, Business English LCCI3, and FCE.
She specializes in providing comprehensive legal advice for the implementation of investments in the residential and commercial real estate (CRE) sectors, including investment funds such as Private Equity (FPE) or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
